POSITION: QA Engineer

Arigo is seeking a hands-on QA engineer to perform the following tasks:

Organize test projects.
Design/develop test plans and test cases.
Execute components of test plans.
Evaluate test results and track defects.
Maintain QA records
Collaborate with development and customer support.

The candidate must meet the following requirements:

BS in computer science or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of QA/testing experience with a solid understanding of SDLC and test planning and execution
Hands-on experience in multi-tier, web-based application
Hands-on knowledge of database systems (Oracle, DB2, MySql)
Working knowledge of Java, J2EE, application servers (WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, JBoss)
Familiarity with Linux, Windows, virtualization technology
Self-starter/prior startup experience a big plus

LOCATION: This position is headquartered in North Billerica, MA, a suburb of Boston, MA. Working remotely is not an option.

COMPENSATION: This is a key position and compensation is negotiable depending on candidate’s experience. Compensation includes base salary, bonus, stock options, 401k, and a full benefits package.
