Arigo's Client Services Team (CST) strategically reviews and documents your current business processes and infrastructure to identify opportunities for performance enhancements and process optimization. The Arigo CST provides you with a comprehensive analysis that outlines a clear strategy for improving efficiency, cost performance, schedule performance, quality, compliance and similar metrics. Note: Clients need not be users of the Arigo Global Sourcing and Trade Management (STM) Suite™ to benefit from these services.

Arigo offers a post-deployment review to uncover ways to take advantage of new Arigo functionality into everyday business processes. By identifying and realizing more value through deeper utilization of Arigo STM's capabilities, gains in speed, efficiency and optimized performance will maximize Return on Investment (ROI).

Continuity Planning
Being prepared and having a plan in place for when the unthinkable happens is paramount for running an organization successfully. With Arigo Continuity Planning (ACP™), an evaluation of the events and processes that might produce service disruptions is evaluated and plans are formulated to mitigate risks and commercial exposure should a disaster or extended disruption occur. The Client Services team will prepare a Logistical Analysis Plan that outlines the steps required to reduce overall operational risks and threats after a thorough evaluation of disaster recovery planning, supplier relationships, information security measures, management controls, and corporate reputation/brand risk policies.

Data Integration
Arigo offers data mining services to expose valuable business intelligence hidden in your existing databases. Arigo works with you to share best practices for using your Arigo STM database to identify supplier, logistics, and business practice opportunities and areas for process improvement.

Standard & Custom Training
Arigo offers a complete range of training services catered to your individual business needs and workforce requirements. Training options include Administrator Training, Workforce Training, Remote and/or On-Site Training, Role or Process focused training, Scenario Based Application Training, Query Building, as well as customized Needs-Based Training.
